Questions about a placed order — delivery, return, refund — go to the retailer where the purchase was made; their support can see the order and we cannot.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Anything sent overnight or on a weekend is picked up the next working morning, and the aim is a reply within one business day.
