COOL KNIGHT
The questions the inbox sees every week, answered in one place.
Yes — the blade does not distinguish. What matters is a quick brush-out between jobs so yesterday’s cumin does not season tomorrow’s espresso. The included brush plus a dry cloth handles the changeover in about a minute.
By time. The lid is the switch: roughly 3–5 seconds of pressure gives a coarse crack, 8–15 seconds gives fine powder. The clear lid lets you watch the texture and stop the moment it looks right.
On the current generation that is the thermal protection doing its job after prolonged use, not a fault. Unplug it and give the motor 15–20 minutes to cool; it resets itself.
Mechanically it crushes tablets of any size, several at once. Whether a given medication should be crushed is a medical question — extended-release and coated tablets often must stay whole — so confirm with your pharmacist first.
The chamber does not detach from the motor base, so the machine must not go under running water. The stainless interior is designed for dry cleaning: brush out the residue, wipe with a barely damp cloth, done.
With a retail partner — the Shop Now button carries you to their checkout. Cards, PayPal and the other wallet options are whatever that retailer accepts, and the price you pay is the one on their page.
Through the retailer’s order page, and the earlier the better — once their warehouse hands the box to a carrier, the returns process is the road back.
Whatever the retailer’s checkout quotes for your address and shipping speed — that estimate, not any figure here, is the binding one. More on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Return it under the retailer’s policy — typically 30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. The Returns & Exchanges page walks through how that goes.
